Inside, the condo is quintessential Santa Fe. There are warm brick floors & high, round beamed viga ceilings. A round kiva fireplace graces the spacious living room. Through the living room's 8 foot high windows you can see majestic mountains which change with the seasons.

It is beautifully decorated in antiques and southwestern-style furnishing with an emphasis on comfort. There are two bedroom suites: One has a king sized bed, the other suite and the third bedroom feature queen sized beds. All three bathrooms are decorated in Mexican Tile. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. There is a separate washer/dryer room, cable television sets, VCRs a stereo system with CD & cassette.

The walled backyard has a large patio with barbecue, lawn & garden. A statue of St. Francis, carved by well-known local artist Ben Ortega presides in corner of the garden. Beyond the back gate is a wilderness area with walks and trails.
